Aaron Weaver, LLC is committed to giving back to the institutions that have helped build his career. To date, one-third of our projects have been completed at no cost to institutions in financial hardship.
Our Founder
Aaron Weaver has forged an illustrious career devoted to revolutionizing dining programs. Starting his career as a chef’s apprentice after graduating from culinary school, Aaron quickly moved to the front of the house, managing a $10M operation at age 22. His rise to prominence came in 2006 when he was nationally recognized for introducing an online voting system empowering students to determine their menus nearly two decades ago.
Aaron has since excelled as a business development executive for two of the industry’s most prestigious, privately-held firms. In these roles, he championed thought leadership and spearheaded innovative solutions.
In 2021, Aaron decided to share his wealth of knowledge and experience with the institutions he has long admired, making his expertise accessible to a broader audience.
